At REV, we aim to be fully transparent about our policies before purchase.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.


Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at revcustomersupp0rt@gmail.com with:


  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable



If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.



Order Cancellations



Orders cannot be canceled once placed.



Refused Deliveries / Returned Packages



If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, failure to claim the package, or other customer-related delivery issues, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.



Chargebacks



By placing an order on our site, you agree to contact us first at revcustomersupp0rt@gmail.com if there is any issue with your order before filing a dispute or chargeback.


Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and customer communication.
